Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for a travel planning commitment or lock-in price agreement. travelquotes.com.au does not charge you, the User, a fee to use our service. travelquotes.com.au is paid a nominal fee by participating Travel Agent for the services provided. Your use of this website and/or travelquotes.com.au's services constitutes your agreement with this compensation arrangement.

 

By submitting your itinerary via this website, you understand and agree that you are submitting an inquiry for travel related services with travelquotes.com.au and the nominated Travel Agent to whom your travel request is transmitted. By submitting the travel request containing your electronic signature, you are extending an express invitation to the Travel Agents making you travel service offers to contact you by telephone or email according to your preferences stated in your travel profile at the numbers and email addresses you have provided so they may assist you with your request, and you hereby consent to any such calls even if your phone number is a silent number. By saving your information with travelquotes.com.au and/or submitting a travel information request, you give travelquotes.com.au permission to make phone calls or send emails to remind you of any deadlines or issues in connection with your travel information request.
